Terms, Conditions and Eligibility Rules
OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW OR REGULATION. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION IS SUBJECT TO THE PROMOTION DETAILS AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
1. Scholarship Sponsor and Payment: The total amount of the scholarships to be awarded by Advanced Institute of Hair Design d/b/a VICI Beauty School (“Sponsor”) 4111 S. 108th Street Greenfield, WI 53228 is $10,000.00 for the July 29, 2025, Cosmetology Class or $3,000 for the June 10, 2025, Esthiology Class. The scholarship will be applied towards the remaining tuition balance at graduation. The scholarship is non-transferable to any other person or entity and is not redeemable for cash. A financial plan must be in place to cover any charges not covered by scholarship prior to starting school.

2. Selection: Scholarship winner selection will be held at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner will be decided upon from eligible applications received within the appropriate application period.

3. Eligibility: This scholarship program is open to all legal residents or eligible non-citizens of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or younger with parental consent at the time of application. Scholarship Recipient must be approved for enrollment either the July 29, 2025, Cosmetology Class or the June 10th, 2025, Esthiology Class and completed all required documents necessary for enrollment into Sponsors classes.

4. Termination: Should the Scholarship Recipient’s enrollment at Sponsor’s Institution terminate before the end of the program for any reason, the scholarship shall be forfeited.

5. Scholarship Recipient: If the Scholarship Recipient cannot be notified, fails to respond to the prize notification within five (5) days, is ineligible, or fails to timely return the completed and executed forms upon our request, the scholarship may be forfeited, and an alternate recipient may be selected.

6. Application Deadline: The deadline for applying for scholarship is 11:59 pm Central Time May 31st, 2025. Our computer system shall act as the official clock of this scholarship. Scholarship application deadlines and Scholarship Recipient announcement dates are subject to change. Online applications will be deemed made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address. An Authorized Account Holder is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

7. Privacy: By applying for a scholarship, the applicant agrees that he or she has read, understands and accepts these Official Rules. Applicants acknowledge that information transmitted over the Internet is beyond Sponsor’s control.

8. Selection of Scholarship Recipients: The scholarship selection will occur in a timely manner at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to use another means to determine the Scholarship Recipient, such as random selection or by a panel of judges. Our determination is final and binding and not subject to review or appeal. All applicants further agree that Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters relating to the Official Rules, including fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure, fulfillment, and disputes from the Official Rules.

9. Odds of Winning: The Odds of becoming a Scholarship Recipient will depend on the number of entries received during the appropriate application period.

10. Miscellaneous: The sponsor reserves the right to photograph and/or make recording of the Scholarship Recipient and to use said reproductions of the Scholarship Recipient’s physical likeness and/or recording in connection with publicity efforts regarding the Sponsor or the Sponsor’s scholarship program.

11. Internet Conditions: The sponsor shall not be responsible for any entries in the scholarship that are not properly entered due to data corruption or otherwise not received correctly, not received on time or for any problems or technical malfunctions.

12. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between Sponsor and Applicant and these Official Rules supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understanding or agreements between Sponsor and Applicant regarding the Application and Scholarship.

By applying, the Applicant agrees to be bound by these official rules. If Applicant doesn’t agree to these Official Rules, please do not apply.
